Roof cleaning service
In Vancouver, the dark winter months are prime growing season for moss and algae. These organic materials can build up on your roof and slowly rot your shingles. Therefore, we’ve added roof cleaning to our service offerings. We are using the sweep method for asphalt and concrete tile roofs. Our process is to sweep the debris off the roof with a hard bristle brush, then clean out the gutters and sweep off the fallen debris from the walkways. Note that we will not be able to clean cedar wood roofs at this time. Some companies use pressure washers, but this increases the risk of damage and leaking.
